The first part of my twelve-step blogging program is complete: I posted every day in January. Looking back, I have some thoughts about it. I’ll share them soon; first I’d like to get yours. What are your favorite posts from the past thirty-one days? Your least favorite? Why? Are there any patterns?

Over dinner tonight, my friend Becky and I were talking about how much we were enjoying Post A Day and decided that we want to push ourselves to do something more interesting than we might otherwise. Actually, we decided that we want to push each other to do something more interesting than we might otherwise.1 So we’ve designated the fourth Friday of each month as Challenge Day. At some point prior to that, we will each issue a challenge to each other to blog about something specific that we probably wouldn’t otherwise. On Challenge Day, we will post our responses.
This should be fun.
1 The same idea applied to our improv show tonight, were I challenged Becky to incorporate her yoga instructor’s gong into a scene. She rose to the occasion, and I knew she would.
I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now. I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2011.
I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.
If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
I've just migrated PaulTevis.com to a new home, one which should be easier for me to maintain and post to. You should be seeing a lot more from me here.
And if I've done everything right, I haven't broken the RSS feed. Here's hoping!
